Learn My Tables

For teachers

Make a times tables test for your class

Pick the tables and how many questions, then share one link. Students answer worksheet-style sums and get a colour-coded, self-marked report. No accounts and no sign up.

2. Pick the times tables

3. How many questions?

20 questions from the 7 and 8 times tables. Every student gets the same questions in a different order.

4. Share the link with your class

Try it

Paste it into Google Classroom, Teams, an email or your slides. The link works for anyone; nothing needs setting up.

How it works

  1. Choose the times tables and the number of questions above.
  2. Copy the link and share it through Google Classroom, Teams, email or the board.
  3. Students type their name and answer each sum. There's no marking until the end, so it feels like a real test.
  4. Their report shows every answer in green (right), amber (right but over 5 seconds) or red (wrong), with how long they took.

Collecting results

Ask students to print the report, download it as an image, or press Copy my score and paste the line into your class stream. Facts they got wrong are worth extra practice, which saves tricky facts on their device.

Privacy

Names and answers stay in the student's browser and are never sent to us or to you. See the privacy policy for details.

Frequently asked questions

Do my students need an account?

No. Students just open the link, type their name and start. There's nothing to sign up for, for you or for them.

How do I see my students' results?

Each student gets a marked report at the end. They can show it on screen, print it, download it as an image or copy a one-line score to paste into Google Classroom or Teams. Results aren't sent to us or stored online.

Does everyone get the same questions?

Yes. Everyone who opens the same link gets the same questions, each in a different order, so neighbours can't copy the order of answers.

Can I reuse a test?

Yes. The link never expires, so you can use it again next week to see who has improved. Change the tables or number of questions to make a new link.
